Food Trappin – Roast Chicken

Cleaning out my camera and came across some succulent chicken photos so I had to post them.

Let me answer all the questions I know you’re going to ask:

  1. I seared the chicken first and finished it in the oven.
  2. It’s a cast iron skillet which is the only thing I roast chicken in.
  3. Ain’t no recipe, here are the seasonings I used: Tumeric, Onion and Garlic Powder, Chili Powder, Cumin/ Geera and Salt. I added some fresh sprigs of thyme and some butter in the pan when the chicken was almost done.
  4. That’s just tomatoes.
  5. The spinach I steamed then tossed in some garlic and ginger.
