I work in the customer service industry (cough cough) so I have a lot to say about the topic of service, mostly that it’s been lost in the shuffle of our self important, busy lives. I won’t share any particular good or bad experiences here but I will say that bad or lackluster service stories make up the majority of the ones that I remember, but in fact the majority of the experiences I’ve had have been good. 

I applaud those that remain in the service industry past their first foray into career hunting and still have a love for being around people, I can barely tolerate people in New York after 7 years. The level of self entitlement is so absurd. I look forward to great service and I always compliment and applaud it and I hope that I don’t have too many more bad ones.
