Physical contact with someone you know cares about you.
I can be as simple as a hug, a brushed off piece of lint, a playful nudge or laughter permeated with platonic touches on the shoulder, a kiss on the shoulder by your husband or the way your S/O stands up first so he can offer you his hand to aid in you getting up.
Physical contact has been proven to be very beneficial to shaping a infants ideas of the world and contributes to them being affectionate and happy kids so I’m sure it couldn’t hurt when you’re an adult.
Go forth and appreciate the idiosyncrasies of the relationship you have with your friend or significant other.
This is one of my: Simple Pleasures.
