The ride home from the beach yesterday was bitter sweet. For all the years I’ve lived in New York I’ve never actually gone to a beach in state but I love beach days so I decided to give it a try. Company was great and the 96 degree weather was beyond perfect for a relaxing time.

A slight tan and a gorgeous sunset ended the evening and the fading color of the sky our companion on the way back. I was glad that I gave it a try and even happier that I got to spend time with my family.
