Rosemary, Thyme and Lemon Water

This was a simple one but really refreshing. Thyme, Rosemary and Lemon juice. I let it sit for a few hours before I poured up.

Picking just the right sprig and leaves to prune is such a satisfying example of mindfulness in motion.

I think next time I’ll add lemon slices and some ginger for a lil razzle dazzle.
